Refuelling

Using Nozzle Anchors keeps hoses and diesel refuelling equipment out of harm’s way, and also mitigates the trip hazards from ground-stored hoses.
Specifically-designed for underground refuelling of diesel-powered machines, the Underground Nozzle is Dry Break, offers improved dispensing rates, and is manufactured without aluminium, for use in coal mines. Our Underground Nozzle prevents water, mud, and dust from entering fuel tanks, thus reducing engine failures. It supports flow rates up to 300lpm.
Banlaw utilises the Elaflex ZVA Slimline 2 Nozzle for its splash fill refuelling installations. For Banlaw FuelTrackTM managed applications, automatic vehicle identification auxiliary equipment is mounted on the nozzle. When identification tags are sensed by the modified nozzle, it will allow the fuel management system to log the vehicle, the amount of fuel, the location and the time of the transaction.
Our 800 Series refuelling nozzles are the natural choice for most high flow, industrial diesel filling applications. They have been designed and engineered for applications spanning mines, ports, rail and fleet equipment.
Our 1000 Series refuelling nozzles allow your equipment filling speeds to be maximised. Considered to be the pinnacle in Dry Break, automatic shut-off hardware, these durable nozzles allow fuelling process times to be reduced, enabling significant productivity gains.
The Fueltrack 800 Series has been designed and engineered for mining and rail applications. It is a 2″ nozzle with medium shut down pressure (60-75 kPa @ 400 LPM) as the default, though it is available in other spring settings to suit your requirements.

Banlaw’s Arctic Range of products enable industrial users of diesel fuels and lubes to keep operating during cold winter months.
Banlaw’s Break Away Valves are designed to fracture when a specific amount of lateral stress is applied. This means that should a vehicle drive-away during refuelling, the valve assembly will separate into two Dry Break components. This minimises spills, avoids fires, and stops expensive refuelling and fuel management hardware being dragged off and destroyed when a drive-away occurs.
Banlaw has a range of robust diesel tank vents built from high-grade materials for strength and durability to suit any operating conditions. Our diesel tank vent system provides overfill protection by determining the refuelling system’s shut off level. The vent mechanism seals the fuel tank when it is full, and prevents diesel spillage or leakage from the tank.
Banlaw’s dry break receivers are typically used for diesel refuelling into industrial vehicles & equipment fuel tanks. Banlaw offers a variety of dry break receiver configurations to suit various applications, including our 23 series which is compatible with refuelling nozzles supplied by other OEM’s.
Long haul rail trips are demanding on your inter-vehicle refuelling requirements. A safe, simple, reliable In Line connection system is required to keep your operation moving. Banlaw has developed a unique, leak free, safe and reliable product.
