For example, we have worked with Pacific National – a large freight loco operator in Australia – to develop our unique in-line refuelling coupling to overcome concerns they had regarding their fluid couplings used within In Line Refuelling systems, commonly used on longer haul journeys.

Nozzle Repairs

Extend the life of your refuelling systems with Banlaw’s repair and refurbishment service. Banlaw Nozzle Repairs and testing are conducted at all three Banlaw service hubs. Specially trained and certified distributors also provide local refurbishment of diesel refuelling products in many countries.

Banlaw offer a complete specialised Diesel Meter Calibration System with air elimination to ensure you have total confidence and accuracy in your fuel management practices. With 35 years’ industry experience, our technicians are trained to inspect and deliver certification on your equipment, enabling you to claim your Fuels Tax Rebate with confidence year round.

Site Maintenance

Your refuelling and fluid management systems need to be properly maintained to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from our solutions. Regular inspections are also a legislative requirement in some countries. Let our expert team make scheduled maintenance cost effective and efficient. We can also provide complete site audits on actual fuel usage and workplace practices in relation to fuels and fluid handling. We offer routine inspections, maintenance, meter calibrations, and reporting on the condition of facilities, equipment, and machines.

Introducing Banlaw’s range of extreme temperature products

Banlaw’s products are the safest and most rugged refuelling equipment available for your business. With the addition of our new, specialist cold temperature products, we’ve now got you covered from -60°C to +55°C. Banlaw’s refuelling products have always been built tough to withstand harsh and rugged operating environments. After extensive field and laboratory testing, Banlaw has introduced a new cold temperature range for use between -10°C and -60°C (-76°F). The difference comes from seal elastomers that better withstand extreme cold. Banlaw standard products are able to withstand extreme heat, safely operating in temperatures up to 55°C (131°F).
