Banlaw teams love to play our part and frequently contribute or raise funds for charities like Got Your Back Sista, The Salvation Army, Beyond Blue, Together 4 Teal and many others. We’re dedicated to making a difference today, tomorrow and well into the future.
Fuelling the future
Together with the University of Newcastle, we’re proud to nurture a new era of innovation and help enable our future thought leaders in STEM industries. Banlaw’s NU Teams partnership contributes to the development of modern cross-functional engineering skills. We provide workplace experiences, expertise and funding that assists final-year engineering students with rapid prototyping, CNC manufacture, and embedded technologies.
Racing for a cause
With a long-term love of racing (especially grassroots racing), Banlaw team members often get behind a participant or team in charity races such as the Variety Bash. Funds raised due to Banlaw’s involvement have supported cancer research and helped kids who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs live life to the fullest.
Our local football teams
Also on the sporting front is our support of the Hunter Wildfires Rugby and the Northern Hawks Rugby League teams. Sponsorship of our local football teams helps provide top-notch facilities and equipment along with opportunities for players to excel and grow.
